Special terms and conditions
- This “Non-Farm Payroll”(NFP) promotion is open to both new and existing CA Markets clients. By participating in this “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Promotion period: The “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion runs from July 29, 2024, starting on the Monday before the first Friday of each month, and application ends on the Friday just before the NFP release by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). See the specific dates and time below:
- Promotion participants: This Offer is eligible to existing and new Clients who have live trading accounts with CA Markets only.
- Promotion area: All countries except for prohibited jurisdictions as per the discretion of CA Markets.
- If there are multiple trading accounts under the same client’s name, only one eligible trading account can participate in this “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion.
- Exclusions apply to clients who have abused previous promotions, acted in bad faith, or provided false information.
- Bonus Amount:
- The bonus amount is 100% of your deposit, with a maximum bonus of $100.
- Applicable to USD base currency accounts.
- NFP Bonus will be removed on the first Friday each month at market close.
- The bonus amount cannot be lost or withdrawn. CA Markets reserves the right to remove the 100% bonus from your account if your balance reaches zero.
- For any circumstances your account equity drops equal or below your credit (bonus), CA Markets will remove the credit immediately.
- CA Markets does not permit any internal or external hedging trading. Trading in opposite directions of the same product within a short period using different accounts is considered hedging, even if the accounts belong to different clients. CA Markets reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in hedging, remove all bonuses, and withdraw any profits and commissions generated from hedging trading. CA Markets has the sole discretion and authority to determine and define hedging trading.
- Qualifying Deposit:
- There is no minimum deposit requirement to participate in this “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion.
- The deposit must be made during the specified dates and times of the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion.

- Claiming NFP bonus for new clients
- Step 1: For new clients, register an account and proceed with the verification process.
- Step 2: After the account is verified traders will have to fund their trading account

- Step 1: Log in to your account and choose the account type you want to claim the bonus on.

- CA Markets will not be liable for any costs, expenses, or damages which may be suffered as a result of CA Markets re-setting or adjusting the client’s account as contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to losses attributable to automatically Closed Out Open Positions.
Conditions of Eligibility
- Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Conditions, the offer is available to CA Markets’ Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following hereinafter.
- The “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion may be offered by CA Markets from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts with CA Markets, in cases where such clients are referred to CA Markets via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that CA Markets may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.
- CA Markets, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as CA Markets deems to provide it.
- Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion.
- Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion, CA Markets reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary(ies)/Related Party(ies)”, when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion, including, without limitation:
- a. family members, such as brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants, and collateral descendants;
- b. person or entity, whom any participant in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.
- Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with CA Markets and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which CA Markets may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.
General terms conditions
- Participation in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion is exclusively open to clients.
- The “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion applies to all clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with CA Markets in accordance with the rules set herein and granted bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.
- CA Markets reserves the right, at its sole discretion:
- a. to decline registration of any participant in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion; and
- b. to disqualify any participant in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion who tampers with or breaches these terms and/or any of the “CA Markets Terms and Conditions” set forth on CA Markets’ website.
- CA Markets reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.
- CA Markets reserves the right to alter, amend, or terminate the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion or any aspect of it at any time without having to compensate anyone for that. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients. Please note that taking part in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments, and/or changes.
- Any indication or suspicion, in CA Markets’ sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk-free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the Trading Bonus without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, cashback arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously trading bonuses of the Eligible Client’s real trading accounts with CA Markets and/or any and all transactions carried out and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, CA Markets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with CA Markets, cancel all orders, and annul all profits of such participant. In these circumstances, CA Markets shall not be liable for any consequences of the trading bonus cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.
- In the event that a trading account becomes Dormant, all previously awarded trading bonuses will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Clients’ real accounts with CA Markets.
- Taking part in the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the CA Markets Terms and Conditions set forth on CA Markets’ website.
- The “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion and/or survey of which the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion is mentioned to be a part of.
- a. In case where breach of these Terms and Conditions occurs;
- b. Client withdraws any amount of initial and/or any subsequent deposits without trading activity.
- If these terms and conditions of the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion are translated into a language other than English, the English version is superior in the case of an incompatible interpretation.
- In the event of any suspicion of lock-up or hedging positions, CA Markets reserves the right to refuse the issuance of rewards or reclaim the distributed rewards.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion may be offered by CA Markets from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts with CA Markets, in cases where such clients are referred to CA Markets via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that CA Markets may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.
- CA Markets, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Non-Farm Payroll” promotion to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as CA Markets deems to provide it.
